  • Hot rolling production line

    We have one hot rolled production line, including: One circular heating furnace with 18 meter diameter; One piercing machine; One φ180 ASSEL hot rolling production line based on German mill technology; One step beam re-heating furnace; One set of sizing machine with14 frame reducers. The annual production capacity is about 150,000 tons. For hot rolled seamless steel tubes, the size range is OD between 83mm to 245mm, wall thickness from 7 to 60mm.

    Application:

    Mechanical Engineering Industry, Hydraulic Cylinders, Oil and Drilling Industry, Boiler Industry, Bearing Production, Automobile Industry, Shipping Industry, Fertilizer Equipment, Oil and Gas Transportation, etc.



  • Products and equipment

    Cold Working Lines, including: 
    Three Cold-Drawing Lines: 250 tons, 400 tons, and 800 tons respectively;
    Two sets of φ90 Cold Rolling Lines，One Off-Line Continuous Heating Furnac, with yearly capacity 50,000 tons. 
    Cold worked tube size range:
    OD from 32mm to 406mm,  
    OD for cold rolling is from 32mm to 121mm.

  • Hot rolled Seamless Steel Tube

    Quenching & Tempering Line:

    The company has a high quality Quenching and Tempering Line, full-featured with world-class technology, highly automated with high performance. 

    The annual production capacity can reach to 50,000 tons. 

    Available grades: Q125, P110, L80-13CR, L80-9CR, N80-Q, 1340,4140,4130,4130 and 4145H, and all other high grades.

    Size range: 

    OD 60-355mm, Wall 6-50mm, unit length 6m-12m；

  • Our experimental equipment

    Our products are fully inspected as per international standard like ASTM, API, and customer specifications. 

    The laboratory is fully equipped, has advanced devices to test material organizations and mechanical properties. Including: high and low metallographic microscope, impact tester, stationary spectrum analyzer, portable spectrometer, yield and tensile tester, hardness tester, etc.

    Also we have NDT devices, including: UT tester, Magnetic Tester, and Magnetic Flux Leakage Tester,  to inspect the wall thickness, OD and ID surface defects. By 100% Non-Destructive Inspection, the tube quality can be fully guaranteed. 

  • scraping and burnishing machine

    The company has two lines of Skive Roller Burnishing machine, to roll the inner surface of all kinds of oil cylinder barrels. 
    Size range:
    ID from 63-280mm, unit length 800-9000mm.
    The machining dimension precision is H7-H9,and Surface roughness is 0.05-0.2 μm

  • XF-WXC200Y type centerless lathe unit

    Our company has a semi-automatic XF-WXC200Y lathe with excellent performance, which combines and optimizes the production characteristics of domestic enterprises.

    The machine is suitable for producing all kinds of pipe and bar products with OD  φ80mm-φ200mm, and has the advantages of stable processing, high speed, high efficiency and good surface quality.
